PROPERTY CONSULTANT: What To Be Careful With?



Being a property consultant, it is not a one-night stand effort to be an expert. You need to familiarize every details of the projects you will be selling. One must need a serious training and seminars to obtain enough knowledge and reliable information in order to be a competent property consultant.

A PKS or Product Knowledge Seminar is one of the most important thing to have. This is a package seminar consisting of ;
  •          Developer's Profile that includes Previous , Current and Future Projects
  •          Location of the Projects
  •          Project Information
  •          Project Description
  •          Project Amenities
  •          Unit Amenities - features in project delivery, dimensions
  •          Price list - includes price computation and project's promos
  •          Agent's Incentives and Promos


All of these are the main arsenal of a property consultant in a war of competition in the field of selling real estate properties.  These are few of the needed weapons to gain upper hand in every competitors.
This knowledge which a real property consultant invested should never be revealed to an impostor buyer/s who are just the same sales agent who would pretend to be a buyer. This fraud buyer (same sales agent) will ask everything he/she wants to know to use it to his/her potential buyer - a thing should every property consultant be careful with.

A Site Tour must also important for the purpose of familiarizing the way to the project.  Most likely after the buyer and the agent agreed each other, the buyer would surely ask to visit the project location to see personally the unit and the environment around the project liked. This is less critical compared to all the details elaborated during  PKS because no property consultant can close a purchase by just letting the buyer visit the location without adding reliable information of the project.

Few tips to catch same sales agent posing to be a real buyer;
  •          Full right name of the buyer
  •        FB Account or any social account registration
  •          Right Email Address
  •          Contact Numbers

Don't entertain any inquiries whom the one inquired don't have any three of the mentioned tips above.
